The phrase on this print of a mixed-media word collage comes from a Baha'i prayer. I think about its application a lot--how to exist in this ever-increasingly chaotic world AND find the calm space of connection to Spirit/soul/core-led Self (as opposed to panicked ego). I've been learning about neuroaesthetics and really resonate with the fact that doing the art we are called to for even just 20 minutes can help us regulate our nervous systems--to this end, this piece was sort of a meta-meditation on itself.
